Cypress Soaring takes trips to the Mojave Desert and into the Owens Valley at Lone Pine and Bishop, California. Lift at better than 1000 ft. per minute to altitudes above 17,000 often make these trips spectacular soaring adventures. Even on days when we want a rest, or when the weather doesn't cooperate, we take day trips to places like the ancient Bristlecone Pine Forest, site of the oldest living things on earth, the Bristlecone Pine tree.
